Trigger point

Trigger points are effectively clusters of tissue fibres that have congealed and stuck together, to form a restrictive knot. These knots restrict movement by obstructing blood flow and drainage. This type of massage focuses on releasing trigger points and restoring healthy patterns in the affected areas.

Acupuncture

The practice of Acupuncture is believed to be well over 5,000 years old. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine metal needles into very specific points within the body. Acupuncture points are also known as pressure points. Acupuncture needles are utilised to clear pressure and pain, as well as tonifying or strengthening organs, and rebalancing systems within our bodies.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling is an ancient practice conceived to gently increase blood and lymphatic flow around the ear, thus detoxifying this area. It can also be very helpful in gently clearing compacted ear wax, and in assisting ear pressure regulation and recalibration.
