Cliona is a holistic therapist and teacher working in Meath, Kildare and Dublin, offering Reflexology, Energy Therapy, Chi Kung, Meditation and Yoga. All her work centres around a belief that everyone deserves to access the greatest health and wellbeing available to them, whatever their age, stage, or challenges they are living with.
Cliona works one to one with clients, and runs group classes and courses. She loves meeting people where they are at and works with clients and groups to find tailored approaches to supporting them. She works with Active Retirement Groups, Women's Sheds, Schools and Universities, Special Needs groups and more.
Cliona’s classes are gentle and mindful. She currently runs classes to support bone health and fall prevention, recovery of health after illness/management of chronic conditions, and classes to boost and balance your energy levels.

Energy Therapy

Chi Kung

Chi Kung / Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing.

Reflexology

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

Meditation

Meditation is a very useful tool to help one relax and unwind. The type or style of Meditation we utilise is influenced by Taoist Philosophy and Chinese Medicine. Thus the Meditations include very practical applications of Chinese Medicine, as well as visualisation work, breath work and focus work. Used properly Meditation can help you develop a stronger mind-body connection and even boost your immune system too. It is the art of cultivating awareness and finding stillness within. Through various techniques, including focused attention, mindfulness, and loving-kindness practices, we guide you toward mental clarity and emotional calmness. Meditation offers profound benefits for stress reduction, emotional health, and enhancing overall well-being.

Yoga

Yoga, in Sanskrit, means union. It is a practice and realization of wholeness. It's more than just physical postures; it is a holistic practice integrating body, mind, and spirit. Kamila teaches in a mindful and gentle way, focusing on deep and subtle awareness of each movement. The main purpose of her classes is to root into oneself using the practice as a simple tool.
